Style Muse: Lily Collins

As if I could love Lily Collins anymore (aside from her being the spawn of Phil Collins whom I LOVE), her latest feature in the July issue of Glamour is seriously inspiring. The styling for this shoot is amazing, it really grasps how my style has felt lately, edgy and 50s classic. Not to mention she really makes me want to go back to dark hair. By far my favorite quote from the interview was this: “I’ve never been the girl to run around in sweats. I love fashion.” Probably the best description of my entire high school and college career, people always assumed I had a presentation or interview after class from how I “dressed up” on a daily basis. To me it isn’t dressing up, I don’t feel uncomfortable in anything I wear which is probably why I enjoy fashion.
