Camel Knit Sweater – H&M | Camel Cocoon Coat – Zara (Similar) | Captain Lace Up Sneaker – TopShop | Volant Sunglasses – RAEN Optics | Black Clutch/Crossbody – H&M

Camel is officially my new favorite color. There’s just something about it that gets me feeling like it’s finally Fall. It does tend to blend in a little bit with my skin as my fiance has so often reminded me but nonetheless I still think it’s an extremely classic neutral that is a must have for any wardrobe. I mixed some textures and silhouettes with this look with my structured Zara cocoon coat and flowing white culottes. To make the look a little more city chic casual I threw on my TopShop sneakers. I swear I dress more for the east coast than west.

I’ve had a difficult time finding a cute clutch/crossbody combination bag that I can take out to dinner or shopping that isn’t going to weigh me down (considering all of my handbags could second as a small suitcase.) After juggling making the commitment to someone like Rebecca Minkoff, Zara, or Other Stories -OR- finding a cheap alternative I came across this handbag at H&M on sale for $10 and decided well, even if it doesn’t work out I at least didn’t spend too much. Needless to say it has worked out and I won’t feel as guilty having spent money on myself versus Christmas presents for the fam.
