Enjoying my time with dresses in this heatwave and humidity. Found the most flattering flare tee dress over at Urban Outfitters (on sale) which, while short, is nice and fitted on top with a bit of a kick flare at the bottom. I love a simple dress that you can accessorize or throw a jacket, or vest, on top of. I tend to flip flop from overly baggy and fitted pieces but I like to keep a balance. I also purchased the cutest pair of socks from Forever21 that cover the slightest portion of the ankle and have a cute girlish flair with pointelle fabric that gives it that lace look. While hiding your socks with tennis shoes has always been what girls strive for, I actually enjoy having a little ankle sock peeking out of your tennies, loafers or pointed toe flats. I don’t like to look too sexy or overdressed when wearing a mini dress so wearing my Converse definitely dresses it down to the level I want to be at.
