One of my favorite things to do is go thrifting with my passion having grown thanks to my sister and her friend Jasmine. They seriously are the queens of finding things at the thrift store so whenever I get a chance to go with them I jump on it, and usually, I end up finding something. Today’s piece, this Blush silk looking polyester blouse. I was browsing the pajama section at Goodwill and saw this piece hanging up. I’ve been desperately searching for a blush blouse like this that was oversized but unfortunately all of my alternatives were either too expensive or just didn’t fit the bill. When I saw this one I couldn’t pass it up and after trying it on real quick I knew I’d regret it if I didn’t purchase it. I originally paired this with some high waisted denim Levi’s shorts but since the weather “claimed” it would be cooler I opted for jeans (which were also thrifted), some white sneakers, and my trusty Ray Bans. It really just takes a great statement blouse to make a striking statement in your wardrobe. Surprisingly as well, when I paired this with a pair of white flared denim the top instantly became more dressy.
