Denim Matching Set

I’ve recently been attracted to matching denim sets but haven’t found the exact matching pair (it’s a lot harder than it looks). While this isn’t exactly a set, I was able to find two perfectly paired pieces with the same color stitching to create my own! The white denim jacket is from Urban Outfitters as part of their new BDG Denim launch. I decided to add some color into the mix with a vintage inspired Tommy Hilfiger tee (from Urban as well) and my favorite, and I mean FAVORITE clear strappy heeled mules from Zara. This is the perfect outfit for Summer that not only looks good together but will make some pretty rad future outfits by using pieces as separates. One of my old coworkers also messaged me after seeing one of these photos on Instagram and mentioned if brands like Tommy Hilfiger were back on trend. I have to say looking recently at what’s out there in the market, we are seeing A LOT of throwbacks when it comes to graphic tees. I’ve always been a fan of vintage band or Disney tees so seeing brands like Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger embracing what they are seeing out there in the market is exciting. A lot of brands tend to retract towards what the current generation is looking for when it comes to fashion but this is where listening really counts and can make larger box brands become trendy and new once again. Not sure how everyone else feels about it but let me know your thoughts!
