How to Mix Prints

I always tend to have trouble finding cute dresses that I can find multi use for. Usually it has to be a plain somewhat flowy dress for me to reuse it constantly. That has completely shifted with the introduction of this striped blazer dress by Vetiver Collection. The double breasted front and mini length make this the perfect balanced piece. I also really love how the dress looks layered with a longline coat or any coat with a lapel. I decided to pair this dress with some plain black tights (with run in them and all) and some really cute patterned sock boots. Also can’t forget my beret because for some reason I have been wearing them non-stop. I guess that’s something that just happens when you have them in four colors haha. I decided to wear my plaid coat to add a mix of color and prints into my look. I always like finding new ways to wear simple things like dresses so for me being less matchy matchy with a plain coat made sense. I’m excited to pair this dress with thin turtlenecks or even layered with jeans!
