It’s the little things in life, like the detailing on these Stuart Weitzman heeled sandals that will now give them permanent residence in my closet. I like to have my staple pieces around but when you can add a little twist I’m always interested. These sandals feature what from first glance appears to be black studs but they are actually studs shaped like roses. Once again I’ve become so attached to these shoes just like all of my other pairs of Stuart Weitzman shoes. While these ones will take a little bit of breaking in, they are absolutely a beautifully made classic shoe that I’m so excited to own. I never in my entire life thought I’d even have one pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes and to know that I can work with a brand like this is really humbling. I remember I tried on a pair while I was shopping for my wedding shoes and looked at that opportunity as my one chance I could have owned a pair. It’s really crazy that it’s come full circle!
I’ve also been looking for a pair of high waisted belted trousers and I grabbed these while browsing and trying not to spend at Zara. These will most likely make a bunch of appearances in the near future, especially if I can get my hands on a cool fitted tank top. I also recently received this wrap knit top from a brand called Kowtow that creates all of the collections from sustainable ethically sourced materials. It’s soft, flattering to wear with trousers or jeans, or probably even sweatpants if you’d prefer.
