Festival Shopping Destination: Desert Hills Premium Outlets

It’s what everyones talking about, festival season, and while most people focus their attention on Coachella there are actually a bunch of festivals just around the corner to think about as well. But for now we’re focusing on what’s coming up next and that’s Coachella weekend 2. I’ve partnered up with the Desert Hills Premium Outlets to share my festival inspired look and give you some insight into why this is one of my favorite festival shopping destinations. My mom and I were recently here back in September when we made a pit stop before our little getaway in Palm Springs. The selection at this mall is amazing, from Gucci, Burberry, Coach, Fendi, Alexander McQueen and Sandro Paris there is absolutely something for everyone. I wanted to create a really cool look that I felt really stood out to my personality and comfort level I’d want during the long festival days. There were some amazing discounts going on that made it hard to solely focus on festival looks! IF you are a true shopper like myself you can’t help focusing on clothes for future occasions haha. But then again, when you come to the outlets you go all out, I mean it’s one of those places that you go out of your way to visit so might as well get the most out of it.

First thing I picked up was this incredible Calvin Klein bodysuit. They have my favorite bralettes that I wear EVERY DAY so finding this bodysuit which was basically an extension of said bralette made me do a little happy dance. On top of that I paired it with my Cobain Pants by I.AM.GIA, some brown boots and then the icing on the cake, this Gucci bag that I picked up at the outlet! I absolutely love the all over print along with the canvas and leather mix. It really brings that vintage look and feel that has been making a comeback. Not to mention the size is perfect for dancing the day and night away. I am one of those people who NEEDS a ton of stuff with them whenever they go somewhere (especially all day) so finding the perfect size that is big enough to hold essentials but small enough to not get in the way or hurt my shoulder was crucial. The end result was a look that is cool, comfortable, and something I can wear with other looks (I’m all about versatility). Plus I can’t get over how reasonable this bag was priced. Seriously make sure to stop by Gucci because I wanted just about everything.

I’d HIGHLY recommend stopping by the outlets before Weekend 2 if you are looking to top off your Coachella looks!
