Everyday Intimates for Everyday Women
Ok so as many of you I’m sure, you’ve grown up on Target and Victoria’s Secret PINK as your go-tos for 5 for $27 underwear deals and what not. It’s something that’s always been convenient for getting cute, sexy and comfy undies. Well at least I just recently realized that there is so much more to lingerie and intimates than what is out there in those large box stores. Don’t get me wrong, I still hit those spots for underwear from time to time when I’m in a pinch but recently I’ve become more and more comfortable leaning towards specific brands for my bra and underwear needs.
I’ve also been leaning more towards the less is more when it comes to wearing bras. I know that not everyone can live this lifestyle and it just so happens that by being more flat chested it’s just more comfortable and easier for me to wear bralettes and wire-less bras than some other individuals. That being said, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite intimates companies that are perfect for everyday women of the world. Intimates that will make you feel sexy but also are so comfortable that you basically forget you are wearing them. While there are a lot of options out there what I’ve been leaning towards are intimates that are more sustainably created, made with “cleaner” fabrics and just overall have a wonderful messaging behind them. These are 100% products I have worn, tried, and always get upset over when they are dirty haha. Everyday intimates for everyday women as I like to call them!
Calvin Klein
I know that a lot of people have jumped back on (or never left like my mom) the Calvin Klein train when their intimates became more accessible and overall cuter after being in stores like Urban Outfitters etc. I wear their bralettes A LOT and recently became a fan of their underwear. Normally I don’t wear briefs just because they are super uncomfortable to me but Calvin Kleins briefs are something to talk about. So soft, doesn’t dig into your body and don’t feel “thick” under your clothing.
Else Lingerie
Now this is a bit of a pricier option but what I love about Else is that they focus on comfort AND create sexy silhouettes that make you feel some type of way. I definitely would choose Else if you want a little something fun to show your significant other without being too over the top. I also purchased a sheer bandeau that is perfect for certain off shoulder tops. Normally I have to wear a padded strapless bra that is super uncomfortable so I’m glad I found a nice fitting and chic bandeau.
Negative Underwear
Now this is a brand I’m so happy I was able to try out because I absolutely ADORE them. You can tell from the name that they focus on comfort, comfort and comfort without forsaking style. Everything is super stylish and of course, comfortable. I love their wireless bra the most but I’m excited to eventually try some others! The silk they use is incredibly comfortable and I don’t ever feel constrained in their pieces.

If you are looking for comfortable, reasonably priced and focused around building a community of strong women this is where you should be headed. The pieces have that look and feel of what you might expect from a department store lingerie section without the confusion, messiness and aesthetics. Each piece is incredibly comfortable and also still has a feminine flair with little lace details.
