Favorite New Jeans Brands

February 13, 2019

It’s definitely been a minute since I’ve talked about some of my favorite denim brands and with good reason. I’ve recently been introduced to a few new denim brands that I’m absolutely in love with. I’ve been leaning towards these brands more than my traditional Levis and if you know me, that means a lot. Check them out below!

Boyish

One of my favorite new brands, Boyish features a ton of jean styles that are all completely flattering to the female figure. What you get from these jeans are vintage silhouettes, reasonable prices and sustainability. What I love most about these jeans are the way they fit, accentuating your booty and legs whether you choose a pair of skinnies or wide leg cropped.

Closed

I was introduced to Closed a little while back and fell in love with their classic denim fit. Not to mention they have amazing tailored pieces like trousers and suit jackets that I wear as perfect separates. Their classic denim pieces fit so amazingly with a vintage style but modern twist. Their high waisted silhouette is incredibly flattering not to mention their skinny jeans lay perfectly and hit right at my ankles for a perfect fit without tailoring. Another plus, they just opened up their online store to the US!

Agolde

While Agolde has been around for awhile I had yet to try a pair of their denim. I’ve heard INCREDIBLE things from multiple friends and so I knew I had to give them a shot. I was on the hunt for a pair of oversized vintage inspired denim that were wide but straight legged. Perfect for wearing with an oversized sweater and pointed toe shoes. I will admit that the sizing threw me off, normally I’m a 24 or 25 but these went down to a 23 which actually would have worked out better for me. I will say though that the fit and wash were exactly what I expected and I’m looking forward to being able to wear these cuffed with sneakers or straight with heels! All of their styles and washes are timeless while they continue to mix in more modern on trend cuts.
